A Chilean court has ordered banks to reopen the accounts of crypto exchanges after the institutions announced their plans to close them in March.

If the cypherpunk movement has a godfather, the bearded, ponytailed Chaum is it. Since bottoming in the mid $300s, ETH-USD has managed to almost double in price over the course of a month.
